There is so many things to do in manali solang valley. you can do paragliding is one of most popular adventure there. ropway ride solang valley is also good to go & watch beauty of mountains from solang valley hights. solan valley is around 6 km from manali mall road (main market).
here is not too many restaurant. there is only 3-4 & you cannot get lunch or dinner facility in solang valley restaurants. you can get only lite food or breakfast and tea coffe etc. for lunch & dinner you need to go back manali mall road.
